Good food. A better ending.
When Slice Theory has food left that didn't sell, FlavorSavr offers it at a lower price. Pick up good food for less, and help us build a habit worth sharing.
Check for Flavor Bags opens flavorsavr.com. Bags depend on what's available and are only in the FlavorSavr app. The Order Now button is for Slice Theory's regular menu.

What happens to food that doesn't sell?
Some nights, Slice Theory has food left after the day's orders. FlavorSavr gives us a way to offer it to someone who wants it, instead of the trash.

What is a Flavor Bag?
A way to take home food that hasn't sold, at a lower price. What's inside changes with what Slice Theory has available.

Something from nothing.
Here's what we're building, one slice at a time.
1. Good food gets a second chance. Some nights, food that didn't sell goes on FlavorSavr instead of in the trash.
2. It goes for less. Good food at a lower price, for anyone who wants it. Tight week or not, same bag, no questions.
3. The kitchen wastes less. Food it made gets eaten, not thrown out.
4. The money stays in the mission. What Flavor Bags bring in stays in FlavorSavr to help it grow.
5. It spreads. More neighbors checking for bags. The hope: other local restaurants join in too.
Every bag you pick up helps build this.
Why it matters around here
In a 2024 Fairfax County study, food was the largest single material in the county's trash from homes and businesses, about 18% by weight. That counts peels and scraps as well as uneaten food. Fairfax is Loudoun's next-door neighbor; these are Fairfax's figures, not Loudoun's.

Loudoun County takes food scraps for composting at a drop-off center at the county landfill, up to one 5-gallon container per customer a week.
